                      研究砷化镓表面形貌對于極化自旋的電子注入效率的影響;

                      研究磷化铟表面各種重構相;

                      以二維艾辛模型爲指導,研究砷化镓(001)表面自發形成的島狀結構在平衡態下隨砷蒸汽壓力和溫度的演變;研究砷化镓(001)表面自發形成的島狀結構産生過程的動態演變;

                      在原子尺度上觀察由溫度和砷蒸汽壓力驅動的砷化镓(001)表面預粗化和粗化過程;

                      研究砷化镓(001)表面镓原子的表面擴散;

                      研究砷化镓(001)表面自發形成的島狀結構的微觀結構;

                      參與構建了分子束外延生長設備與掃描隧道顯微鏡聯合系統。解決了系統聯合中的兼容問題

                      參與構建了霍耳效應測量系統,測量分子束生長樣品的輸運特性
